Job description

Overview This is an internal and external customer support function within our distribution function. The incumbent serves as a point of contact for internal and external communications within distribution. This position is responsible in preparation of documents for outbound transportation, which includes delivery orders and commercial invoices for export and inter-company shipments. Also, performs shipment receiving or confirmation in SAP for inbound and outbound process. This role is based at our modern logistics facility based in South Granville, reporting to the Pacific region Logistics Manager. How You’ll Make an Impact: - Performs documents, tracks and reports the flow of shipments - Liaise with the DC and 3PL to ensure existing RBC stock is blocked before the new batch is delivered - Generate weekly inbound shipment reports and share them with internal stakeholders - Update the warehouse receiving log with items requested by the commercial team - Monitor logistics mailbox and planning channels, respond to distribution requests - Monitor carrier inbound and outbound reports, and proactively follow up with freight forwarders to ensure timely imports, exports, and deliveries -...
