Speech Language Pathologist

Job description

We are looking for a talented Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for the school year. We are looking for (2) SLP's to serve the preschool population. The position is 8am-4pm with a caseload of up to 50 students. Hourly Rate Range : $46.00-$58.00 per hour Responsibilities would include: - Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments to evaluate student needs. - Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and therapy plans. - Provide direct speech-language therapy services in one-on-one, small group, and classroom settings. - Address articulation, fluency, voice, receptive/expressive language, and social communication challenges. - Collaborate with teachers, parents, and special education teams to support student progress. - Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with Ohio Department of Education (ODE) and IDEA guidelines. - Participate in IEP meetings, student evaluations, and multidisciplinary team discussions. - Train and support teachers and staff on speech-language strategies and classroom accommodations.
