Description 30% Small Group Marketing Markets groups to carriers and prepares a formal renewal presentation. Managing renewal time-line and renewal process. Working with clients and producers for the purpose of gathering marketing data. Seeking opportunities for potential up selling of accounts. Coordinating with marketing lead when applicable. Sending groups to several markets for pricing and product comparison. Obtaining online quotes from carrier websites, when applicable. Negotiating client renewals with carriers based on competitive information. Preparing formal proposal for Producers to deliver to customers. 30% Insurance Knowledge Knows coverage for various Employee Benefits lines of business and is capable of researching various resources to gain more knowledge. Applies this to all other areas of responsibility 20% Relationships and Renewal Marketing 10% Teamwork Works together with team and with other departments, such as Sales Producers, Account Managers, etc. Plans and discusses the execution of strategies.
