OVERVIEW: The Lead Accountant – Systems & Processes Optimization drives the efficiency and accuracy of our accounting operations. This role will lead efforts to optimize the accounting system, strengthen internal controls, and improve cross-functional workflows. Must have a solid understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and possess the ability to independently manage processes while utilizing financial analysis expertise to ensure accuracy & completeness of financial statements and internal reports.
