Position Overview: Alliance Source Testing is a service company that provide air sampling from industrial smokestacks. The Equipment Coordinator is a vital part of the stack testing operations of each office. A self-starter who will work under the guidance of the Operations Manager and Project Management team. This position supports field work activities by ensuring that equipment is maintained to the standards of Alliance Source Testing. The Equipment Coordinator will support field personnel and will play a key role in maximizing efficiency of the field staff. Essential Functions: - Performs electrical and mechanical maintenance and repair of sampling equipment; repairs analyzers and handhelds, including filling out the forms to send them back to the manufacturer and answering inquiries regarding the repair status of the equipment - Performs calibration of sampling equipment - Builds unique tools and/or equipment that may be needed to simplify or accomplish field and shop tasks; builds probes, calibrates flowmeters, and builds/works on other accessories to be used by technicians on site - Provides CEMS troubleshooting support when contacted by field personnel to help minimize down...
