This role provides direct leadership to supervisors, team leaders, and operators, driving operational excellence through strong people leadership, financial acumen, and continuous improvement. The Senior Manufacturing Supervisor oversees production execution, labor and capacity management, and performance against key manufacturing KPIs such as throughput, labor efficiency, OEE, and cycle time.
