Position Purpose: Responsible for the production of quality foods for patients, cafeteria, catering events and satellite services. Performs responsibilities of Third Cook and Lead Cook and provides bake shop assistance as needed to meet operational needs What you will do: Produces food for the patient, cafeteria, catering, and satellite sites Maintains production controls while providing adequate food supplies to assigned areas. Maintains safety and sanitation standards of the department. Contributes to the achievement of excellence following departmental and hospital guidelines. Environmental and Working Conditions: Standing for long periods of time. Bending, lifting (50#). Stressful due to working under peak work demands.
