No relocation is offered Work Location: Dallas, TX: Overall Purpose: Lead the strategic planning and initiative execution for the Digital Consumer organization to deliver on annual and long-range financial and business targets. Key Roles and Responsibilities: Strategic Planning & Execution: Support the development and implementation of annual strategic plans for the Digital Consumer Organization. Translate company vision and objectives into actionable roadmaps, ensuring alignment with broader business priorities. Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead and manage high-impact, cross-functional initiatives from ideation through execution, driving timely and on-budget delivery. Facilitate collaboration across product, marketing, technology, operations, and other business units to ensure cohesive execution of digital strategies.
