THE ROLE: We are looking for a strategic yet hands-on Senior Production & Assembly Manager to own the lifecycle of our hardware production. This isn't just about managing a factory line; it’s about architecting the entire production ecosystem. You will be the primary interface with our EMS providers, ensuring that our complex, multi-component IoT systems are built, tested, and assembled with surgical precision and economic efficiency. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: - EMS Partner Management: Act as the lead negotiator and operational point of contact for EMS providers. You’ll get involved in the "nitty-gritty" of production contracts, yield improvements, and cost optimizations. - Production & Test Automation: Design and oversee the implementation of automated testing environments. You must define what needs to be tested and how to automate the validation of electronics and device assembly. - Operational Assembly Coordination: Manage the complex orchestration of multi-component assembly.
