Job Description: Shift: Monday-Friday 06:00am-14:00pm. Salary: £33,437.64 per annum: This is a hands-on, shop-floor role leading a production line of 3–10 operatives within a fast-paced, chilled environment working with products such as milk, cheese, juices, yoghurts and mousses . You’ll be responsible for: - Leading and motivating your team to meet daily production targets - Supporting and actively participating in production activities - Maximising efficiency across time, labour and equipment - Completing production checks and ensuring product quality meets specifications - Maintaining traceability, hygiene, GMP and safety standards - Monitoring waste and driving continuous improvement - Communicating issues and managing machinery faults - Assisting with training, development and cover during abse...
