Job DetailsJob Location: ZBI Corporate - Zanesville, OH 43701Position Type: Full TimeJob Summary: The Foreman maximizes productivity, profitability and customer satisfaction by ensuring the safety, efficiency and quality in all projects. The Foreman ensures that all work conforms to Company policy, as well as all relevant OSHA regulations and any other safety requirements. Proficiency in all forms of lawncare and maintenance as well as the multitude of service offerings ensures expert oversight. Essential Functions: - Operate & maintain commercial zero turn mowers, weed eaters, and blowers for lawn mowing operations. - Safely Operate a truck and trailer throughout various locations/terrain. - Efficiently supervise lawn crew to complete daily tasks to high quality standards - Planting may be necessary, mulching, trimming, weeding for general maintenance. - Raking, shoveling, and sweeping materials. - Operate equipment & power tools safely and efficiently. - Clean and organize all equipment and power tools. - Conduct groundskeeping tasks to upkeep the appearance of outdoor areas. - Assist in the bidding process for projects by having a full understanding of the scope of work. - Plan,...
