The Trade Sales Manager is a seasoned professional role. Applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge, contributing to the development of Trade client portfolio and actively seeking new business opportunities. Requirements: Credit Structuring skills and risk assessment experience within the Trade Finance. Understanding product requirements, operational processes, credit requirements, Treasury costing mechanisms. Internal alignment with country or regional / product / sale counterparts for execution structured Trade Products. Ensure governance over sub portfolio. Communicate effectively with clients. Conduct market reads for specific deals. Responsibility as one if the members and contributors as the first line of defense from an operational and credit risk management perspective. Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made. Qualifications: 6-10 years of experience. Credit Risk and Trade Product experience. Capital Markets Credit Risk Structuring or Credit Risk Management Experience. Knowledge of Polish and English. Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred.
