Team Overview TikTok Shop's Supply Chain & Logistics is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee various aspects of building operations, maintenance, and compliance to create a safe, productive, and comfortable work environment for our employees. The Regional Operations Manager (Sort Centers) owns operational performance, standards, and results across a region of 3–5 TikTok Shop sort centers. This role directly manages on-site Operations Managers and is accountable for building strong, consistent partnerships with Logistics Service Providers (LSPs) across the region. While daily execution at each site is led by an LSP, the Regional Operations Manager ensures alignment, standardization, and scalability across all sites. This role requires expert-level understanding of end-to-end sort center operations, strong people leadership, and the ability to influence both internal leaders and external partners to deliver results at scale.
