Position Summary: IREX seeks an experienced Project Director to lead implementation of the anticipated FY 2027 Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program, funded by the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA). The Hubert H.
