Job description

The Cocktail Servers plays a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service, mixing and serving drinks, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Responsibilities: Qualifications: Guest Service: - Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. - Take accurate food and beverage orders. - Serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner. - Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive service. - Address guest concerns and questions promptly and courteously. Beverage Preparation: - Mix and prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes. - Maintain knowledge of current drink trends and seasonal offerings. - Adhere to all liquor laws and regulations. Bar Maintenance: - Stock and maintain bar area. - Clean and sanitize glassware and bar equipment. - Assist in closing procedures, including cleaning and restocking. Cash Handling: - Accurately process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions. - Follow all cash handling procedures and policies.
