About the Team: As a Performance Marketing Associate, you will join the Performance Marketing team and be a part of a collaborative cross-functional team responsible for driving customer growth and efficiency across Search and programmatic. You’ll work closely with other Performance Marketing experts, as well as our business analyst, data science, and product groups to help grow our business. About the Role: In this role, you will partner with leads across the business to shape strategies, own end-to-end execution, process improvements and support an ongoing testing agenda across Search and Programmatic programs. The ideal candidate should have experience in the Paid Search and the programmatic space, for example, working with SA360, DV360, Amazon DSP, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, etc...
