Job Title: Specialist – Behavioral Health Support Location: Indianapolis, IN (Hybrid schedule, some onsite required) Schedule: Full-Time – 40 hours/week Position Type: Salary Position Overview: The Behavioral Health Support Specialist provides vital behavioral health support in collaboration with primary care providers and licensed behavioral health clinicians. The role involves triaging patients, facilitating treatment involvement, and coordinating care through phone-based interactions. This position emphasizes administrative functions, crisis support, resource advocacy, and community liaison activities, with minimal face-to-face contact. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proficient in Microsoft Office and spreadsheet tools, and comfortable managing a high volume of administrative tasks, chart reviews, and crisis escalations. Key Responsibilities: Conduct mental health triage of patients upon provider referral, assessing psychosocial risk factors, reaction to illness, and coping abilities under supervision.
