Job Summary: The Home Experience Designer is responsible for taking input from the sales staff, completing an original design and proposal, and turning it into a functional system to install. The Designer provides all documentation used for building the system. While the Lighting & Shade Control Designer should understand and support all products lines sold by the company, their main role is to serve as the subject matter expert for lighting & shade control.
