It’s the way you want to be treated. Position Summary: Supports and compliments the nursing process under the direction of a Registered Nurse by providing patient care in a fast-paced environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: · Deliver nursing assistance to patient utilizing each patient’s physical, psychological, cultural, nutritional, and functional needs under the supervision of the registered nurse · Completes patient care timely and accurately based on the prescribed plan of care in conjunction with the Registered Nurse · Completes documentation according to specific hospital policy · Performs clerical / receptionist functions on the nursing units · Promotes a clean and safe environment of care, utilizing the SAFE error prevention habits · Provides the highest standard of privacy and confidentiality in matters involving patients, coworkers, and the hospital by abiding by the Standards of Conduct Required Qualifications: Education and Trainin...
