Hotel Romazzino, a Belmond Hotel, is seeking a visionary General Manager to lead our iconic Costa Smeralda property. The General Manager acts as the business owner and drives excellence in line with Belmond’s strategic plan. The ideal candidate will serve as a strategic leader; their priorities lie with the hotel guests and its employees, acting in anticipation of the guests’ needs, ensuring they leave with memorable impressions by overseeing seamless operational alignment and the highest standards of luxury. As for the team, the General Manager is tasked with ensuring a positive environment, built on mutual respect and common goals, aiming to maintain Hotel Romazzino the idyllic place it is as well as the emotions it conveys.
