Job Description LEAR Valls manuf. plant is looking for a high‑skilled Quality Management Systems Specialist eager to join a global leader in automotive technology. We are a large multinational company based at the Electronics Campus in Valls (Tarragona, Spain). We are seeking a professional with strong knowledge of Quality Systems and a proactive approach to continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will: •Maintain, develop, and improve the Quality Management Systems (QMS) according to corporate and industry standards (ISO/IATF). •Ensure that documentation, procedures, and internal processes remain aligned with customer and certification requirements. •Support internal and external audits, coordinating preparation, execution, and follow‑up activities. •Coordinate the management of non‑conformities, corrective actions, and preventive measures. •Train and support the organization in QMS requirements, methodologies, and quality tools.
