Job description

SUMMARY: Resort Maintenance Technicians perform routine and preventative maintenance to maintain the physical integrity of Grand Traverse Resort and Spa. The position will conduct building repairs and are responsible for cleanliness and upkeep of property buildings, offices, guest rooms, pools, facilities, equipment, & various utility systems. Maintenance Technicians complete work orders and provide quick responses, follow-through and excellent customer service to guests, residents, members, and departmental areas within the resort. Technicians report to and take directions from the engineering management team which includes Engineering Supervisors, Assistant Director of Engineering, and the Director of Engineering. In this position, you will have an opportunity to gain the needed skills to become a Tech III and give the opportunity to work towards your EPA refrigerant handling certification.
