Min USD $135.00/Hr. Max: USD $140.00/Hr. Overview: We recognize that there are certain core competencies that every CRNA is able to demonstrate as a result of his/her education and training. They include the following: - Administer & monitor general anesthesia or monitored sedation. - Proficient in airway management including mechanical ventilation. - Placement of peripheral intravenous catheters. - Pre-anesthesia evaluation. - Post anesthesia care/discharge. - Evaluate laboratory & diagnostic studies. - Proficient in pain management. - Demonstrates knowledge of the principles of growth and development principles, from neonate to geriatrics. - Demonstrate knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life span, neonate through geriatrics. - Relocation assistance available Education: · Completed AANA approved course in Anesthesia. Masters degree required. Licensure/Certification/Registry: · Licensed as a Registered Nurse and Advanced Practice Nurse in State of Illinois. · Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist or new graduate who is eligible for certification. · Healthcare Provider BLS and ACLS certification required. · NRP certification required before completing t...
