South Shore Health is seeking a detail-oriented Sterile Processing Technician to support the preparation, sterilization, and distribution of surgical instruments and medical equipment. Responsibilities: Qualifications: - Decontaminate, inspect, assemble, and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment according to established standards and protocols - Ensure proper functioning and cleanliness of all instrumentation - Prepare and distribute case carts and supplies for surgical procedures - Maintain accurate documentation of sterilization processes and equipment monitoring - Adhere to infection control and safety guidelines at all times - Collaborate with Operating Room staff and other departments to ensure timely case readiness - High school diploma or equivalent required - Previous sterile processing experience r...
