The incumbent expands and directs a college-wide Labor Market Intelligence Center, serving Academics, Student Success, Workforce, Advancement, and Operations and oversee the Labor Market Strategy that will ensure a strong pipeline of relevant career-connected opportunities for Dallas College students in the future of work in Dallas County. The Senior Director, LMIC experienced, highly collaborative leader with a proven track record of applied labor market analysis for program alignment in higher education.
