Department: 34000 Hugh Chatham Memorial Hospital - Administration: Nursing Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hou rs Per Week: 36 Schedule Details/Additional Information: Nights Pay Range: $30.40 - $45.60 Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical ICU Elkin, NC, United States: Where You Will Work: The Medical ICU is an adult 8-bed unit overseeing the care of critically ill patients of all kinds including but not limited to pulmonary disorders and infections, end-stage renal disease, gastrointestinal bleeds, sepsis, etc. One 8-bed unit with a nursing station and cardiac telemetry monitoring within each 2-patient assignment. MICU nurses are experienced in managing the treatment of critically ill patients with complex illnesses which are simultaneously affecting various body systems. This unit emphasizes patient and family centered care, supporting not only clinical needs but also emotional and educational support during critical situations.
