Job Summary: DT Professionals is seeking a Recruiting Operations Analyst (Management Analyst I) to join our team in Port Hueneme, CA. This role will support government recruiting initiatives and workforce development efforts. This role plays a critical part in managing recruiting operations, optimizing talent pipelines, and enhancing candidate engagement through events and strategic outreach. Responsibilities: - Support the Government Recruiting Lead in managing, troubleshooting, and optimizing the Talent Acquisition Portal (TAP). - Coordinate and execute recruiting events (virtual and in-person), including logistics, registration, and on-site support. - Create and manage event marketing tools such as QR codes and text campaigns to drive candidate engagement. - Track candidate activity, recruiter evaluations, and key recruiting metrics; provide regular reporting and insights. - Ensure timely follow-up with candidates, including issuing notifications and maintaining engagement throughout the hiring process. - Monitor completion of recruiter evaluations and after-action reports to maintain compliance and process efficiency. - Manage recruiting budgets, including tracking expenses for...
