Position Summary: The Commercial Banker is responsible for promoting the Bank’s commercial lending, deposit gathering, and non-interest income initiatives for their assigned territory. Manages an individual portfolio consisting of loans and deposits anywhere within the assigned market. Acquire new relationships by building connections within the community served, initiating and renewing commercial loans, and acquiring deposits to establish a whole, well-rounded relationship with the Bank. Participates and assists management with any sales campaign. Ensure loans are in compliance with sound lending practices and regulations. Essential Responsibilities: - Develops and maintains strong relationships with commercial clients, including regular visits to their premises. - Provides clients with tailored financial solutions and services to meet their needs, including loan origination, deposit gathering, cash management, and other services. - Conducts thorough financial analysis and underwriting of client's financial statements.
