EXEMPT : Yes DIVISION : Daily’s Premium Meats LOCATION : Saint Joseph, MO REPORTS TO : FSQA Assist Manager/Manager SUMMARY: The FSQA Supervisor leads the Food Safety and Quality Assurance team on the PM shift and partners closely with Operations to ensure alignment of food safety and quality goals. This role is responsible for implementing, training, verifying, and communicating FSQA programs—including GMPs, SQF, SSOPs, HACCP, and QA protocols—while ensuring compliance with USDA requirements. The FSQA Supervisor serves as a key liaison between FSQA staff, Operations, and USDA personnel, supports customer complaint investigations, assists with third‑party audit preparation, and ensures adequate FSQA staffing, coverage, and competency to meet regulatory and operational needs.
