We are seeking a VP, Talent Attraction & Acquisition Leader for our US Retail Markets (USRM) business. As the Head of Recruiting for USRM—Liberty Mutual’s $26 billion premium business —you will play a critical role at the intersection of talent strategy and business execution. Reporting jointly to the Head of Talent Acquisition and the USRM Chief Talent Officer , you will lead the design and execution of recruiting solutions that anticipate, shape, and deliver against the organization’s most strategic talent needs.
