Job description

ASI is seeking an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to support financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business decision support across the organization. This role will partner closely with Finance leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver timely, accurate financial insights that drive operational and strategic decisions. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, solid accounting and finance fundamentals, and hands-on experience with financial systems and planning tools in a fast-paced environment. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Support the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes - Support the development of financial reports, KPIs, and dashboards - Analyze variances in actual vs. forecasted financial results - Build and maintain management reporting and dashboards for leadership - Create financial models to support planning and decision-making - Automate and streamline financial reporting processes - Provide ad-hoc financial analysis as needed by leadership - Partner with accounting to ensure alignment between reporting, forecasts and actuals - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to g...
