Everforth ECS CS is seeking a Scrum Master to work in our Fairfax, VA office. Role & Responsibilities: The SAFe Scrum Master is a servant leader and coach for an Agile team, responsible for ensuring that the team follows Agile practices and principles. The Scrum Master facilitates team events, removes impediments, and fosters an environment for high-performing team dynamics, continuous flow, predictable delivery, and relentless improvement . Specific responsibilities will include: - Facilitate Agile Events: Organize and facilitate key Agile events, including Daily Stand-ups, Iteration Planning, Iteration Reviews, and Retrospectives - Support the Team: Assist the team in meeting their delivery goals by coaching them in self-organization and self-management - Remove Impediments: Identify and remove impediments that hinder the team’s progress. - Promote SAFe Practices: Educate the team on SAFe principles and practices, including Scrum, Kanban, and Extreme Programming (XP) - Coordinate with ART (Agile Release Train) : Work closely with other Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and the Release Train Engineer (RTE) to ensure alignment and coordination across the ART - Facilitates preparation...
