Job description

Job Summary: The Software Engineer I role reports into the various IT Delivery Hubs at Estes. They will work to solve business problems through innovative and modern frameworks and technologies with guidance from mid-level and senior Software Engineers. They will demonstrate a growth mindset through continuous learning of modern development frameworks and demonstrate that learning through working with teammates to build solutions that drive business value. They will also collaborate across business units, technical teams, and the internal and external engineering community to grow themselves through guidance and mentorship from senior Software Engineers.
