Position Overview: We’re seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Intake Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for individuals seeking services at JBNC. In this role, you’ll assess needs, provide program information, and connect neighbors to the right resources to support their goals. This position plays a key role in our two-generation (2Gen) approach—helping both children and their families access services that support education, financial stability, health, and overall well-being.
