We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Manager to support the growth and success of our customer and partner relationships. This role is well suited for someone early in their career who is eager to develop account management skills, build strong client relationships, and contribute to revenue growth. The Junior Account Manager will work closely with senior account managers and cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction, drive engagement, and support account expansion. The successful candidate has early experience in high-tech or telecommunications environments and is interested in building expertise in private wireless and solution-based selling. Support the management of a portfolio of customer and/or partner accounts Assist in maintaining strong relationships through regular communication and follow-ups Coordinate internal resources to ensure timely delivery of solutions and issue resolution Help prepare account plans, business reviews, and customer presentations Track account performance, renewals, and growth opportunities Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and escalate to senior team members Maintain accurate records in CRM systems...
