Night Team Leader Department: Healthcare Assistants and Support Workers Employment Type: Permanent - Part Time Location: Glebe House: Compensation: £13.95 / hour: Description: Priory Glebe House is looking to recruit a Team Leader to join the team. This is a part time, 33.75 hours role. The role is for 3 waking night shifts a week. Some of these will be weekends. Glebe House is a residential service located in the Georgian market town of Caistor, near Marken Rasen, Lincolnshire. The home supports 24 males and females with mental health needs. We are located semi-rurally, on the north-west edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds. We aim to support our residents to build their daily living skills, enabling them to achieve greater independence. Our team are dedicated to supporting the people who live here to live a healthier and happier life. Glebe House can support individuals to step down from hospital settings. We can also support people who have other conditions or needs alongside their primary mental health diagnosis.
