Veterinary Assistant Department: Internal Medicine: Location: Victoria, BC: Compensation: $19.00 to $25.00 per hour, depending on experience Central Victoria Animal Hospital is looking for a Veterinary Assistant to join our Internal Medicine team! This position include s a range of responsibilities directly contributing to the efficient and effective daily operation of the department. The ideal candidate will have veterinary and/or administrative experience. A veterinary assistant certificate would be an asset. Your primary responsibility will be to assist our Internal Medicine specialist and RVT with various tasks and treatments, including patient handling, endoscopy and other procedures , client communication and scheduling consultations and procedures. Schedule: This position is full time position consisting of s hifts that are 10 hours in length.
