Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - Certified in Toyota Production System (TPS) Practitioner, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt, PMP, or similar. - 8 years of experience in program or project management. - 8 years of experience in operations, process improvement, or related fields. - 5 years of experience in leadership roles. - Experience implementing TPS/Lean/Six Sigma. Preferred qualifications: - 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. - Experience in change management. - Experience in problem-solving and data-driven decision-making. - Knowledge of operational excellence tools (e.g., value stream mapping, LSW, Kaizen, 5S, DMAIC). - Ability to influence at all organizational levels and build cross-functional partnerships. - Excellent communication, coaching, and strategic thinking.
