StoryPoint Fort Wayne West Overview: Benefits: - Location: 611 W County Line Rd S, Fort Wayne, IN 46814 - Position: Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Shift: 6A-2P , 2P-10P , 10p-6a - Job Type: Part Time or Full Time - $1000 Sign-on Bonus for Full-time employees - $500 Sign-on Bonus for Part-time employees - $2.00 Shift Differential for 2nd or 3rd Shift - 2 Free scrub tops - Wages On-Demand – early access before pay day - Full benefits and PTO provided for Full Time employees Supplemental Schedule: - Holiday Pay - Flexible Scheduling Responsibilities for CNA: - Leads and provide 1440 care. - Review Resident Care Plans at start of shift. - Bathe and clean, as needed, both male and female residents by bed bath, shower and/or whirlpool. - Assist in cleaning teeth, shampooing/combing hair, cleaning and cutting nails, applying make-up, shaving and cleaning glasses of both male and female residents. - Assist residents in dressing appropriately, encouraging usual and appropriate clothing. - Make residents’ beds and change linens as needed, clean up room and closet, picking up unnecessary articles and arranging room neatly. - Feed residents requiring total or partial as...
