We are hiring Rockstars to join our Sauer Brands team! Overall Goal of Position: Ensure timely, accurate and compliant processing of vendor payments. Job Summary: The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for processing vendor invoices and payments, resolving discrepancies, maintaining vendor records, and supporting month-end close and audit activities. This position reports to the Accounts Payable Manager. Key Duties and Responsibilities: - Receive, review, and process vendor invoices accurately and timely. - Verify invoices for accuracy, proper authorization, and supporting documentation - Perform two way and three way matching (invoice, PO, receiving) as applicable - Maintain accurate and up to date vendor master records - Respond to vendor inquiries regarding invoice status, payment timing, and discrepancies - Support vendor onboarding, including tax documentation (e.g., W 9 collection) - Adhere to internal accounting policies, approval limits, and segregation of duties - Support compliance with SOX and internal audit requirements - Assist with special projects and ad hoc analysis as assigned by management - Maintain proper documentation and audit trails for all AP transac...
