Job Description: As the Customer Complaint Investigator, you will be responsible for supporting the day to day activities within the Customer Complaint Lab to ensure that the required Plant Investigation Turnaround Time is maintained and Customer Complaints are dealt with appropriately and in a timely manner. This position is offered on a part-time basis (17.5 hours per week) Your working schedule will be 3.5 hours per day Monday - Friday.
