Maintenance Manager

Overview Kemin is hiring a Maintenance Manager to lead plant maintenance operations and deliver maximum equipment uptime through strong preventive maintenance, fast breakdown troubleshooting, and disciplined execution in CMMS. In this role, you will manage daily maintenance coordination with production, lead a shift-based team , and drive reliability improvements, cost control, and maintenance projects across the site.
