Position Title: Education and Career Pathways Coordinator Department: Community and Family Services Status: Non-Exempt Grade: $34.24 HR Reports to: Community & Family Services Director Position Summary: The Education and Career Pathways Coordinator supports youth and adults in achieving academic success and preparing for post-secondary education and diverse career pathways. This role focuses on engaging students through individualized coaching, educational advocacy, and life skills development. The Coordinator provides guidance across both traditional and alternative education pathways, including credit retrieval, re-engagement programs, GED/HiSET options, and non-traditional learning environments, helping each student identify and pursue the path that best fits their goals and circumstances.
