Watch Officer

Job description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Watch Officer who is responsible for executing procedures and processes that ensure the physical protection of personnel, facilities, and government property. This role supports safety and security operations by monitoring activity, compiling incident data, and enforcing compliance with company and regulatory requirements. At higher levels, the Watch Officer also serves as a subject matter expert and advisor to internal stakeholders on physical and personal security issues. General shifts will be as followed: 6AM - 2PM, 2PM - 10PM, 10PM - 6PM This is subject to change depending on what is needed by the program moving forward. Primary Responsibilities: Execute daily security protocols to protect personnel, assets, and facilities. Monitor and respond to security incidents and alarms in accordance with established procedures. Compile and maintain records and reports related to loss control, security breaches, and accidents.
