We are seeking an Area Supervisor based in Largo, FL. The Area Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of janitorial operations across assigned facilities. Ensures cleaning staff are properly staffed, trained, supplied, and executing work to scope, while maintaining quality, compliance, and strong communication with management. The Supervisor plays a critical role in stabilizing operations during the transition to self-performance and ensuring service expectations are consistently met.
