Job Description Summary As a key member of the Surgery Modality, and working very closely with the International Channel Partner (ICP) Excellence Team, the GTM and Channel Excellence Leader is responsible for designing and executing market-backed channel and GTM strategies aligned with International Surgery priorities. This includes leading robust GTM analytics to determine optimal channel models, driving commercial activation, elevating partner performance, and ensuring excellence in governance, processes, tools, and data. The role collaborates closely with Modality Leaders, Sales & Service Management, Channel Partner COEs, Marketing, and Compliance. This role also ensures strong adherence to GE HealthCare standards of compliance, governance, and quality in every aspect of channel management and commercial execution.
