Department: 10710 Enterprise Corporate - Enterprise Growth Administration Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hou rs Per Week: 40 Schedule Details/Additional Information: Typically Monday-Friday, evenings and weekends as needed Pay Range: $131.90 - $211.05 The VP, Division Strategy & Growth is the senior leader responsible for translating enterprise strategy into division strategy and execution-ready plans that enable profitable, sustainable growth across priority geographies, clinical service lines, and sites of care. This role sits within Enterprise Strategy, reports to the SVP, Strategic Growth, Intelligence & Architecture, and is aligned and accountable to the Division President for shaping and activating the division growth agenda. The VP leads a high-performing team that delivers an insights-to-activation operating system—integrating division market and competitor intelligence, strategic planning, provider growth planning, provider outreach/liaison, portfolio and capital discipline, and required regulatory growth pathways—while partnering closely with enterprise functions to ensure consistent standards, enterprise alignment, and coordinated execution.
