Job Summary: The Medical Student Education Analyst develops and maintains analytical tools, reports, databases, and dashboards to support educational assessment, curricular processes, and departmental operations. This role evaluates data from multiple sources to identify gaps, improve systems, and provide guidance, training, and assistance to students, faculty, and administration while ensuring the secure handling of confidential information. Additionally, the position offers comprehensive administrative support, coordinates communications and logistics, and collaborates with key stakeholders to enhance overall departmental efficiency. Performs other duties as needed. Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in data management, computer science, statistics, mathematics, business or related fields required. Master’s degree preferred. Minimum one year of relevant experience required. Knowledge and Skills: Ability to quickly learn new applications, processes, and procedures. Reputable data skills.
