The hours for this position are 6:45 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (2-2-3 rotating schedule) The Production Supervisor is a critical position within our Plant Operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills to coach, mentor, and motivate their team. You will be accountable for production output, minimizing downtime and driving ongoing improvement. This is a hands-on, boots-on-the-ground, engaging and involved leadership role.
