POSITION SUMMARY: This position is responsible for implementing company sales and merchandising by executing Branch accountability within their territory. Employees in these positions work in the field and visit accounts and prospective accounts directly to meet with customers. REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES: The primary responsibility of this position is to make direct sales to customers and prospective customers at their business locations. While specific duties may vary by customer, employees are expected to perform the following duties in connection with their primary responsibility of outside sales: - Meet directly with responsible customer employees at their business locations to drive outside sales revenue and growth and increase distribution of National Brands in assigned area. - Develop assigned sales area by constantly prospecting for new accounts through outside sales calls. - Develop a sales plan for each outside sales call to reach volume and distribution goals, as defined by the Company’s objectives. - Develop and manage relationships with prospects and accounts within your assigned territory. - Present and implements sales and marketing promotions to accounts to gar...
